You can add Autotask to the SaaS solutions list. While there are countless CRM solutions, Autotask is a full suite that consists of CRM, Service Desk, Project Management, Contracts, and much more. We are also focused specifically on the IT and Managed Services Industry.
I noticed a few other solutions on your list that are focused on specific verticals. You may want to try breaking the solutions out that way, or at least by the verticals they are most widely used by.

Great list! We just moved to Legrand CRM that has a built in link to Quickbooks. It is very beneficial to have a client’s financial data embedded into your CRM. I also like the link it has to Outlook.
It will be interesting to see if there are more combined solutions like NetSuite – especially in the hosted arena.

Great post! It reminds me of our search process. After evaluating about 5 different CRM packages we decided to go with CommitCRM and we’ve never looked back. It does everything our service business needs.
