We just moved to Legrand CRM that has a built in link to Quickbooks. It is very beneficial to have a client's financial data embedded into your CRM. I also like the link it has to Outlook. It will be interesting to see if there are more combined solutions like NetSuite - especially in the hosted arena. Good job. Great list!
